Jay: Before you switch cellular providers, I strongly recommend that you speak with other cell phone users in your area to determine the best provider. Service varies enough from point to point, that what is great for me, may be wretched for you. While doing this, also try to obtain comparison info regarding the areas you travel in, for the same reason. Remember that the salesmen may not be the best people to ask for fair evaluation, as they are interested in selling their service to you, not whether it will actually work!
After you determine which provider will suit you the best, then you can look ast equipment with a more objective view.
