MSN isn't compatible with the BrailleNote. When I had it, I was told that it
wasn't compatible because MSN used some of their own software to connect the
person online. When I had first set up my MSN account, I had to use a disk.
When I switched to EarthLink, I could just do it from my computer, and I didn't
need a special disk. I don't really remember what was on that disk for MSN, or
if I remembered seeing any other software on the disk, but it might have been
integrated into the package; it was about four years ago that I set it up, so I
really don't remember. At any rate, I think that if I could've set it up
without a disk, I wouldn't have been sent one. With the EarthLink, it was just
a matter of putting the correct settings into the computer. Anyway, that's the
reason, as far as I know, that MSN doesn't work. HTH.
