Yes, you can use Key Sync with Outlook Express. . I do it all the time. Here are instructions on how to do it.
Open outlook. Go to the file menu. Arrow down to import and export submenu. Choose import internet mail and addresses. Enter. Select the internet application. Select Outlook Express. Select contacts folder. In that same dialogue box are three options.
