The SDW site from which you can download 5.1 is: pulsedata.propagation.net/SDW/User/Login.aspx. You log in using the first five digits of the Serial Number of your BrailleNote (found on the back of the unit writen in Braille or available when requesting Information from the Main Menu) and the password "frog1" (without the quotes). When you get to the next page, the "SMA Options Page", make sure the radio button that says "KeySoft 5.1 Build 19" is checked, then click the "Download" button. When you get to the page that says "SMA Downloads" (I believe that's what it is, although I haven't been on that site since the 5th of March, when 5.1 came out), click the link that says "Click Here to Download Package". The file will be called KeySoft 5_1 Build 19 (the five digits of your Serial Number) .exe. Then, you can install this file; it's a self-extracting ZIP file, so you just install the EXE file. HTH.
