Josh, As has been explained INNUMERABLY over the past few days/weeks, you can only download an mp 3 to the bn as large as the remaining space you have in your keysoft system disk. In fact, I'm pretty sure I addressed this question to you before. Whatever you download to the bn is temporarily stored in your keysoft system disk. Therefore, if you want to download a 9 mb mp 3, you cannot do this because you only have 8 mb maximum in your keysoft disk. I don't think it's possible to download anything over a 5 mb file, but you can try clearing your temporary internet files and see if that takes you over 6 megabytes of free space. HTH, Laura
