Dear Kirstyn:

thank you for your recommendation to do a hard reset. It solved my
problem! Prior to the hard reset, I noticed thre were only 600KB free
bytes on the Keysoft system disk containing 8MB bytes and I wodnered why
the amount of free disk space was so small. After I did the hard reset,
the free disk space on the system disk jumped to 7.8MB and I was able to
open the 650KB ebook using the book reader. I did notice after I closed
the book taht the free disk space on the system disk had dropped to 6.9MB
even though the book was closed. Shouldn't the used disk sspace on the
system disk be released after the book is closed? Does this mean the
amount of free disk space on the systemdisk will continue to drop after
each book is opened until I get this error message again and willahve to
do a hard reset? i'm wondering.

thanks,
Barbara Wagreich
