Hi Listers,
I guess this is geared more to the staff at PDI but I didn't know if other 
listers knew this or not.
It seems that  one of my favorite people working tech support in the office for 
PDI the office in the States that is has left PDI.  For me this sends up a red 
flag when a good tech support person leaves a company like PDI.  I say this 
because I started to experience problems with FS staff and their products not 
too long after something similar happened at FS.  I understand that PDI  is 
getting a new tech support person next week and that's great.  From talking to 
a customer service representative at the California PDI office I got the vague 
impression that tech support has been through a couple workers farely recently. 
 I just always wonder what it means when good tech support leave a company it 
makes me wonder why they left and if the people replacing them will be as good 
and helpful.  Also the time listed on the recording for tech support hours is 
incredibly confusing for me since I'm in Guam.  The recording says 5 Am to 4 pm 
and I cannot remember if it lists a particular !
 time zone.  If it does list a time zone it is Pacific and from talking there 
customer service representative these hours are incorrect to the pacific time 
but might make sense if a person was trying to figure out the time from eastern 
standard time.  My point is the hours are confusing.  I think the recording 
should say something about the hours are 8 AM to 5 PM pacific standard time so 
there is no confusion for anyone regardless of what zone they are in.
