Sharon, Sometimes when I have many emails, even a small number like 2 would take a long time to download. It may seem like the BN gets stuck, and it sometimes takes me 2 or 3 minutes to download a single email when I have many. If this is your case, try deleting some, and that might ease the problem. If you want to do a "hard" reset to see what happens, press RESET while holding down dots 4-5-6 on the BT keyboard, letting go of the RESET switch immediately, but holding down the keys until the BN chimes. I believe the QT equivalent is RESET with j k l, but as I don't have one, I really don't know. I've never had your problem, but just some thoughts. HTH. Maria
