Richard,

Press BACKSPACE with V (CTRL with V) to paste the first line in the clipboard 
to the web address prompt.  Note that you can only paste a single line, the 
first one, saved in the clipboard.  If there was a new line marker somewhere in 
the text copied to the clipboard, you paste only the text before the new line 
marker unless you reach the limit for the length that can be pasted to that 
field which is 255 characters.
