Hi.
        Have you tried raising the volume on the speech when you use
your loop? Further, try locating the loop next to your ears, instead of
around your neck. Finally, try a pair of silhouettes with a stereo
headphone plug. I've used these with the BN with success.

Hi.  I just tried using my neck loop with my braille note with speech
obviously on, only to have it not work.  and yes the t coil was on.  i
was able to check my document by turning the speech down and getting
close to it, but I'm wondering what other people  do to be able to use
your hearing aids and have private listening.  also, i hope pulsedata is
still looking at other options to help users who don't hear well like a
vibrate alarm option.
