Have you tried the various types of resets? I use speech on request, but
I've had situations where my beeps and error tones disappeared, and a reset
cured the problem. Good luck.

prevent them from keeping it another day, I recalibrated it myself. When it
was about down to 15 percent, I noticed that the speech wasn't working. I

BrailleNote flattened its battery, then plugged it in and began trying to
fix the speech. I turned the braille off, hoping for the speech to come on,
but to no avail. If any of you have any ideas, please let me know. This does
