Have: there, a bit late.
First, sorry for taking forever to get back to you--I only have about 2000
messages to get through later today--this was what I downloaded last night.
Thankfuly, the BrailleNote will connect to a phone line without any problems.
No, Jonathan, it's not in upside down. There's only one way for the card to
fit nice and sung into the back or into the adapter on the side. I spoke to a
man named Pete in Tech Support Wednesday, and he and Carol Montoya want me to
ship in the BrailleNote and ethernet card. I only just got it back so I can do
schoolwork! Since you don't ship out loaner units, it's not possible for me to
get this even remosely resolved until May at the earliest. I don't dare send
it in over Spring Break--I don't know if I'll get it back in time for school
again. Carol told me as much--she couldn't predict turnaround time.
Anyhow, have a great day. I have a partial solution for now--just dial in and
take a while to download e-mails.
Jane
