Hi Damian, When you do a look up in keylist, the names that match the search string will display in grade one. This has not changed with KS5 but was always the way. However, once you have the record you want, if you go down into it with space, you should see your field entries in grade 2 if you have entered them that way.
Let me know if your entered date written in grade 2 is not displaying in grade 2. And try a reset if it is still problematic.
