Dear Keith,

Many of the printers require Windows software, so they can't be used with
the BN.

My old LaserJet IIP plus died and I had to buy a new printer. A friend
helped me, and he said he couldn't find any printers which didn't require
Windows software. Apparently, Windows only printers are the only ones being
sold now.

Somehow, PDI needs to address this issue. I can use my PC to print
documents, but it would be nice if I could use both PC and BN. I know there
are people on this list who only have a BN.

I like my new printer, which happens to be a HP LaserJet 1012. Besides
being a Windows only printer, it uses a USB port.

It would be nice if someone from PDI could post to the list any future plans
to make the BN more accessible to modern printers.
