Dear Paul And List, Thank You Roselle! Oh great an wonderful one! I have had success using your method for printing e-mail to a file. I modified the template called `Email Print Template`. And thank you Paul. Your suggestion to unprotect this template allowed me to edit the template.
I added to the template, the Date Sent field, and a message separator line, as Roselle Suggested. this works great. I have now deleted large chunks of my email, now saved via Roselle's method, in Keysoft TXT files. Don't use this method on e-mail having attachments. You get gibberish. instead, you can save the attachments and delete the e-mail having attachments before printing your e-mail to a file.
