Dear Paul And List,
Thank You Roselle! Oh great an wonderful one!

I have had success using your method for printing e-mail to a file. I
modified the template called `Email Print Template`. And thank you Paul.
Your suggestion to unprotect this template allowed me to edit the template.

I added to the template, the Date Sent field, and a message separator line,
as Roselle Suggested. this works great. I have now deleted large chunks of
my email, now saved via Roselle's method, in Keysoft TXT files.

Don't use this method on e-mail having attachments. You get gibberish.
instead, you can save the attachments and delete the e-mail having
attachments before printing your e-mail to a file.

more about the Print to File option

Jerry, go to file manager, hit p and at the protect file on which drive?
prompt press f for the flash disk. Then at the folder name? prompt type in
the name keymail. At the file name prompt, type in email embosser template,
or email print template. The BN will say: file email embosser template or
email print template is protected option? Then hit a u. Then you should be
able to edit the contents of those 2 files.
