Hi Ann,
It might be different because I have a qt model, but this might help. From
the main menu press F for file manager. Press t for translate file and e
for export. The bn will ask you "Export to which device?" Press F for
file. Then it will ask, "Export as which filetype?" I use Control space
to cycle through the options. You may want to use your context sensitive
help to find out how to do this on the bt. Plain Braille should be one of
the first ones you see. It will then ask you for source and destination
drive and filename. Select these in the usual way. You should then be
able to use ActiveSync to transfer the plain Braille file with no
conversion. Hope this helps.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] embossing kwb documents
Hi all,
Hmmmmm, OK, so what you're telling me is that I can not transfer
documents to a separate computer and emboss them there because they
become pocket word files? Please, please, I need some definitive
answer on this. I don't need disinformation. I think this info may
be half true but it doesn't answer my question.
