Hi Lisa. I don't have that particular problem, but I have the problem that when I get and receive email, sometimes my bn unexplicably disconnects, yet continues to say "Getting new mail." A problem I have a lot is when I try to send email. Either the bn says "connecting to smtp server and then just sits there beeping indefinitely or says "sending email and does the same thing. When I then check the status, it says "sending message --- 100 percent complete and continues to sit there and beep indefinitely. Sometimes also, the speech just stops and the only thing that continues to go is the braille display. I have 4.01 with a classic motherboard, and I have posted this question to the list and to pdi before, but so far, no answers. Maybe we can both get some answers together now! Good luck Lisa!
