Hello Jonathan,

Below are my responses to the recent survey questions. to save bandwidth I
decided to post one response to both questions.

Keysinc,

1. I have recently begun using keysinc to move contacts from the bn to my
pc and the other way. I would like it to work using windows 98 as I often
have students who still have this as their operating system.

2. With respect to active sync, a message from the bn concerning
synchronization complete might be a good idea if there are those who use
this combination without screen reading software, or if one were deaf-blind
as the bn is not capable of working as a terminal and active-sync at the
same time.

3. by far my most wished for preference however would be the ability to
synchronize mail between the bn and my pc using outlook. I also use outlook
express however I am sure this is not as possible given the limits of that
program. I would like to have the process available for use via usb similar
to the pac mate if possible however I understand this might require a major
upgrade of the hardware.

Keyplan:
1. I have from 1 to 5 appointments in the planner each week depending on my
work schedule, however I often use it as others have suggested as a to do
list.

2. I would like to have reoccurring appointments be addressed such as it can
be using the outlook calendar.

3. I keep the appointments from the previous year as a matter of record
keeping.

Hope this helps. Thanks for the request for input.

John Farina
