Hey, no problem Sharon.  From my experience, the message "DLL class not found" 
that you get upon opening a file means you just need to reset the unit so that 
it'll find the right DLL file it needs for opening it.  Or something like that.
However, the problem Dean Jackson said in his reply to your post is also real: 
that the BN cannot open Word 2002 files created in XP.  But the error message 
you'll get in that case is explicit and unmistakable: "Pocket Word Converter: 
The file converter found that the input file is not a valid 6.0/95/97 Word 
document".  That's right, although note that it does open Word 2000 files.
