Try writing typest/stenographer and see what happens. Without the 4,5,6 it
sure looks wierd in grade two.

Hi, Lisa,
I just created a braille document and tested a couple of words with the
slash sign between them and translated the document into Keyword text. I
have discovered dots 3,4 will translate as a slash sign in groups like
and/or he/she. But if you put a slash between go/stop, you must use dots
4,5,6 before dots 3,4 for the translation to appear right.

Subject: [Braillenote] slash sign when writing
: Hello Listers,
: In my paper for my Guam history class I wanted to put the slash sign like
in the words and-or. I am concerned because I don't want the slash sign to
show up like a st sign in the print copy. Any ideas would be helpful. If I
need to write out and instead of using the contraction that's okay. Just
let me know how to make this work please. I will probably be writing with
more questions later. Thank you for everyone's help.
