Hi Julia.

I have a Nokia 6600 and use it regularly with my BrailleNote via the
infra-red port. It works very well. The Nokia 6600 has more memory
on-board than the 3650. Also the 3650 has a round telephone-dial-type
keypad which you may or may not find a bit strange.

While you can get Nokia 6600 phones in the US if you're willing to hunt
around or import them, Nokia is going to be releasing the 6620 for the
US market which actually has double the memory of the 6600 and an MP3
player.

Subject: [Braillenote] Nokia Phones and T-Mobile

Hi All,

Has anyone used either the Nokia 6600 or the Nokia 3650? What are the
differences between these two as far as accessibility goes? Also, has
anyone used T-Mobile before?

I am considering changing cell providers and I would love a phone with
the Talks program and an Infa-red port so I can easily connect the BN to
the phone. Oh, as an aside, the reps at T-Mobile tell me the Nokia 6600
is not available in the US yet. Any information would be greatly
appreciated! Thank you, Julia ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a
