I have a Sanyo 4900 with Sprint. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with the BN,
because there is no USB port. I also talked with the Sprint people, and they
made it sound like I shouldn't use the phone as a modem. I do use it with my
laptop, and haven't been charged any time against my talk minutes. I am paying
$10 per month for unlimited PCS Vision.

wayne, are you still with sprint? have you been taking the bn with you when
you are shopping? i'm just wondering how helpful sprint is being because
they made it sound to me like i couldn't use the vision phones to connect
with the bn or that it wouyld be coming off my talk and not data minutes. is
it the vision phones you are looking at or just regular ones/ i'm curious to
know what you decide to do. i didn't think sprint had any phones that use
the ir ports unless i've been talking to people who just don't knhnow abohut
them. they just made it sound like we aren't supposed to use the phones at
all as modems.
