Hi! I have an interesting problem too. I just was downloadingmy e-mail from the server into the braillenote since my laptop crashed for the 4th time in 9 months and I got the following message: Error in sending e-mail Windsock error 10057. What does this mean? I have to get this straightened out before I leave for csun on Tuesday as this is my only source now for getting e-mail. Thanks. Mary Ellen Earls
