Hi Listers,

Sorry to trouble you with my post earlier tonight.  I have been able to copy 
the ninety records I entered earlier in the week to the database I copied onto 
my compact flash card and all is fine now.  Any reply to my post would somehow 
help others in trying to accomplish what I was trying to do.  Thank you for 
your help.  By the way, I used the copy option on the address list submenu and 
that solved the problem.  Wonder why I didn't consider that earlier.
