I had the same problem with the braille note.  When I got it it would not
work when I turned it on.  Thanks to you all, I had someone to turn to.  A
funney thing now, when I turned it on and got no voice, I could not tell if
it was on or off.  It would be nice if they would make the on/off button in
braille.

It mystifies me why a company, supposedly a leader in adaptive technology 
solutions for the blind/visually-impaired, would eve need to be told this!

Another such company, on their mailing list, just announced they will be 
providing Braille serial numbers for the main products they sell, so one 
doesn't need to find sighted assistance merely to install it.

Shouldn't this stuff be blatantly obvious?
