hello Krista, First of all, if your student doesn't mind, they could send their planner file to me and we could try and salvage all the data that was originally present in the file. The file will be in the KeyPlan folder and will be named by year, in other words, you should see a file called 2004 planner.kpb or 2004 planner.kpt.
If the student isn't keen on sending the file to me, then you could delete this file and it will be recreated upon entering the planner. Remember, that for much improved Planner functionality, the student can download a free upgrade to KeySoft 5.1, which will import the old planner appointments if the file isn't too corrupted. Perhaps the best option therefore, is to send the Planner file to us for fixing if possible, then look at upgrading to KeySoft 5.1.
