In my experience, if the BN cannot read the file, it will say so rather
explicitly: "Pocket Word Converter: The file converter found that the input
file is not a valid Word 6.0/95/97 Word document", or "Pocket Word Converter:
This Pocket Word type is not supported", or something like that. If I get the
message, "DLL class not found", a reset always fixes that. My BN hasn't locked
up when opening a foreign file, whether or not it's in a format readable in
Keyword, but always gives me an error message if it cannot open the file, or
I'd end up with gibberish text.
