When you get the "save as a keyword document" prompt, just press the letter
n for no. Keysoft will then save the document in its original format with
all your changes. If you get confused about the options for that prompt,
the context sensitive help will tell you exactly what your options are.
The command to insert the calculation is control + the number 5 on the qt
model. Sorry, I don't have bt commands in front of me. Hope this helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] problem word processor and calculator
I had been editing a document in the word processor this morning (as a
Microsoft word file) and needed to go to the calculator to do a quick
calculation for the paragraph I was working on. When I did the FN5 hotkey
for the calculator I was asked if I wanted to save the document as a
keyword file but was unable to back out of the operation and save it as a
word file and thus lost all the editing I had done. Is there a correct way
to do this or is this a limitation of the 4.2 keysoft? Also, what is the
command to insert a calculation result or memory contents into the word
processing document?
thank you!
