Good work, Laura. Just to add, if Kaz only wants to address the lock-up or sluggishness problem in Keyweb, then just delete the temporary internet files. Losing one's cookies (no, I don't mean going crazy, <grin>) means you have to re-enter passwords when you log-in to certain accounts you have at some websites. Besides, erasing cookies doesn't free up space. Deleting temporary files can free much memory and significantly improve Keyweb performance, except with sites that are already not BrailleNote-friendly.
