Hi Eva
I got my BT in December. I am still learning so with very lite use I can
charge it just once a week. From what you have said and this compairison, I
would say the battory is bad. Ten ours compaired to a whole week sounds
pretty bad. I use mine for studying the manual, adding to the address book
and I have taken it to a few meetings to take a few notes. We are both
beginners. What do you think.
Bye.

Eva,

There may be a possibility that the battery is in fact bad but then it may
need to be exercised a bit. Use it a few times steadily then determine
what is happening with it! There are things that draw on the battery even
though the BN is turned off. Also remove flash cards from the unit. These
draw power from the BN as well for what it is worth!
