What version of word is it?
It could be your file is too high.
Just to be safe, if I were sending a word document, I wouldn't go too far above 
the 90's
95 or there abouts.
I might get yelled at for this if it's incorrect, but I haven't used word 
translation that much, but I've heard it can get weird at times.
I hope Pdi updates this and again, makes the bn in general more open so we can 
modify and add the things we need.
