What kind of a store would you buy those peanuts?  I have seen stirraphome
at craft stores and Walmart.

Have your office send your Braillenote FEDEX.  Your office probably has a
FEDEX account.  Check if that account includes insurance.  The FEDEX form
probably has a section for insurence.
I ship the Braillenote in the case, in the original box, placed within a
larger outside box. .  But I put shipping peanuts in both boxes to secure
the Braillenote.
