Hi Karen,
I also like for the message for "Battery Low" to come up when it does.  When I 
used the Braille 'n Speak, the battery low warning would come up, and I would 
be unable to use the unit any longer until I charged it; this caused me many 
problems, as it would often happen in the middle of the day, and not only could 
I not finish my work, but I couldn't charge the unit until I got home.  With 
the BN, even if the battery is low in the morning because I forgot to charge 
it, I know it will last me through the day.  I like how the low warning isn't 
something to indicate your battery will die immediately, but just a reminder of 
the battery status which won't affect your performance on the unit for quite 
awhile.
