Question 2. Key Learn is off the main menu. You are to press a key or key combinination and the braille note tells you what that key is for. One example that did not work was space 2 6 for record. I expect all commands to be there so I can press a command a review what it does.
Question 3 If I put in a name and phone number, do I have to go to notes to put in the record sign or can I put it after the phone number. If I put it after the phone number, will I be able to add more imfo such as address later. Hope these are clearer. Since I really didn't think the address book would accept a multiple word last name, I tried it and sure enough it does. Since I am primarily a braille reader, I keep speech on request on because it will beep at me if I do something wrong. I find this a very good learning tool.
