Yes, we do have the alarm, but you can only set it to go off for as much as two hours before the appointment as I recall. What I am talking about is a reminder which comes up, probably when turning on the unit or maybe some other appropriate time and that reminder would be more of a message letting you know which appointment you are being reminded about, and it would also give you more warning such as one day or even more if you needed it. Sometimes a two-hour warning really isn't sufficient, especially for appointments you set quite a bit in advance.
