Unfortunately, even with the Velcro closed, I know mine has gotten
bumped a couple of times on my way home and it gets turned on. It just
happens occasionally.

Hi, Jerry. I wonder how your bn could get switched on or off without
your
knowing it? It has that thick velcro flap that covers it. I suppose that

even if one bumped that flap, the unit would remain in whatever state
you
left it.
The only thing that I have seen is that after you charge your unit and
when
you unplug it, sometimes, it says adapter off and remains turned on even

when the switch is in the off position. I have to turn mine on then off
again. I even just now tried pressing on the switch with the flap over
it and was
unable to get it to turn on.
