Hi. I was told by someone in bn tech support that a battery replacement was
not covered in the waranty. I tried to get humanware to replace my battery,
but they did not. I asked and was told that battery replacement was not
covered in the waranty. So,I don't know if you still have your same battery
or not. Hopefully, they replaced it for you anyway.

Hi eva, usually what happens is that when you send a unit back for repare
just as you did. They run the machine down. Also, you would hve
no way of knowing whether or not it was out of its case.

Subject: [Braillenote] My problem with my new braille note
Date: Mon, 10 May 2004 14:43:14 -0400
Dear all,
Remember I told you about my new braille note and that its battery
was not good and that I returned it to get a better unit? Well, they
returned the same item to me. I am quite sure also that they did not
even change the battery. A new battery would not be at 27 percent level
of power.
Right? Besides, it is obvious that the machine was not even taken out of
her case. I live in Canada and I was told to send it to Quebec and that
I will receive a new item. What do I do? It seems that my vendor is a
bad vendor.
Thanks for any help
God bless
Eva
