Hi. Just make sure it says it can read compact flash. I bought one made by dazzle for around 30 dollars at comp usa. They do have some card readers that I have seen that can read multiple types of cards. They read sony memory stick, smart media, compact flash and that new kind of card that is out. It is a very small card. But if it says compact flash, you should be able to get a compact flash card into the unit.

It did say it was a reader for compact cards, but there is no way that card
is going to fit into that slot.

Hi, Keith. Is the slot for the card half the size in width? If the package
says it is a cf card reader, you should be fine. There are also readers for
sony memory sticks and another smaller memory module I can't remember the
name of. The only other type of card is what is called a smart card. It is
used in some cameras and is much thinner than a flash card.
