Hi Dan, We're aiming to be shipping KeySoft 5 in early July and are currently Beta testing KeySoft 5. Hopefully, the download will be ready sooner. Dan, I would assume that your purchase agent purchased the Software Maintenance agreement, which makes you eligible for two downloads.
