Dear Jan, Using the Voice Note with Keysoft 5.0 burned in to rom I did the following. Reset with sdf keys which will put the unit back to 5.0. Next use Active Sync, making the connection and then you can delete all the files on the flash disk. You'll have to say yes a few times because some of those files are read only.
Once this is complete, disconnect the cable and do the reset with jkl and then you'll be prompted with the usual questions like you receive when you first turn on the unint when receiving the Voice Note from Pulsedata.
