Hi Kelly, what happens if you choose to export the document as a Microsoft Word file instead?
Failing this, are you able to export the document to your desired format using the version of Keysoft you have in ROM? Normally, I would do some testing so I could offer more definite advice. However, time is unfortunately not permitting me to do this at this time. Please let me know if both of these suggestions don't work.
