Hi Donna There is no specific file set for the Cannon laserjet printer. You should still be able to print using the "standard" printer option that is set as the printer type by default. However, if you select the standard option, any font changes throughout your documents will not be printed (underlining, italicizing, bolding...)
As for the web browser problem... The bn does this quite often actually. When it remains at 100% (and sometimes 38%(, let the bn beep for around 15 times (or 30 to 45 seconds) and then press space with e. You will sometimes be given the webpage. Just as often, you are given a blank address field. Sometimes, doing a reset or clearing temporary internet files will let the website come up.
