Hi Jeff, Thanks so much! I appreciate your quick reply, and also, I notice on the bottom of your message that I can go to archives! I truly apologize to the list for not having noticed that previously! I don't know if my particular phone has a place for a serial cable. It's a little older, so maybe it's out of date that way. I'll let you know what happens and I know I'll be sure to take a look at the archives too to glean everything I can. Again, thanks so much!
