Hi Tina,

I know others have had some serious problems with map accuracy and also in
route creation. I have had a few of these, but really nothing serious. But, I
live in northern California near San Francisco, and due to the popularity of
gps among sighted people too, it may be that this area is a bit better than
some.
Anyway, I really like the gps a lot and find it extremely useful in a lot of
situations. For various reasons, we have to use a lot of paratransit around
here and if
you're at all familiar with that, you know you are apt to be driven all over
the area by a driver who really doesn't know where he/she is going. Having the
gps really makes all this a bit more tolerable since you can keep track of
where you are and can be far more aware of your environment.

It's certainly not perfect at all, but it does work and is a great improvement
over gps v1.

Based on the experiences being learned with this version, I'm looking forward
to gps v3 and also to hopefully improved maps.
