Hi Frank, As far as I've been able to find out, you can't just print from within a document. I've found no mention of it in the User Guide and no way to do it, so I would suggest printing from the KeyWord Menu. If you wanted to print an email, you will see this option in the Email Action Menu. If it was a Web page, the "Print Current Web Page" option would be in the Internet Options Menu. For KeyPlan and KeyList, you'll see the option to print from the menus of those programs. However, with documents in KeyWord, you have to do it from the KeyWord Menu. HTH. Maria
