Steve, You can lock the front thumb keys by going to the Options Menu, and pressing F. It is a toggel. If when you do this, the thumb keys are on, then they will be switched off. The next time you go to the Options Menu and press F, the thumb keys will be turned back on.

Another problem I have, and this maybe just me, is that I write very fast and sometimes the machine jumps either back to the beginning of a paragraph or to the beginning of the email. Can Pulsedata do anything to the machine's software or hardware to try to eradicate this please?
