Hi Les,

Thanks for verifying this. Also, the bn can really benefit from a reset
sometimes, and you may not even realize it at the time. I wonder if some of
these
problems really would occur if a reset had been done earlier. Of course, how
are you supposed to know that ahead of time? <grin>

I suppose it's like your computer which really can run better if you reboot it
occasionally. Probably the same with the bn.

Hi Don,

You are correct. When the BN is turned off, hitting the letter C
cancels the alarm. On one occasion, it didn't work for me, I forgot
what the error message was, but it's worked several times as it should.
Best Regards,

Les

Hi Bob,

That's interesting. According to the manual, as I read it anyway, if
the alarm goes off while the bn is off, you should be able to just pres
the letter c to stop it.
The backspace enter command works when the bn is on.

So, maybe I'm reading the manual incorrectly, or possibly it is not
correct, don't know which.

I guess I'll have to do some playing with it. Anyway, glad you got it
turned off as that could be rather annoying.

Hi Don,
When my alarm kept going off and showing snooze, the Bn was off. When i
cancel an alarm while beeping and with Bn off, I hit backspace and enter
then the braille letter C.

All these commands assume the bn is turned on.
