Thanks so far.

If I write a name and the phone numbers and close it with space 2,6 how can
I enter something like an e-mail.

Hi Terry,
The command SPACE with dots 2-6 adds a record or saves changes to an already
existing one. If you're adding a new record, press ENTER on the Notes
field, and you will be presented with a blank document in which you can
write. When you've finished with the notes, press SPACE with E to exit
them, and you'll be back on the display that says "Notes?" followed by the
cursor. Press SPACE with dots 2-6 to add the record. If you want to put
the notes in an existing record, the field won't show when you look up your
record. This is because the BN will display only the fields which you've
filled in when you look up the record, and to change or clear a field, you
press SPACE with dots 1-4 on any field. Although this is the Clear Field
command, it won't clear anything the first time you press it, rather it will
place you in the list of all fields; fields that you filled in will have the
text previously entered, and blank fields will remain blank, so you can fill
them in if you want to. To enter notes, just move to the Notes field, press
the ENTER key, and begin typing your text. When you finish, you can exit
the notes and press SPACE with dots 2-6 to save your changes. You will be
placed at the field from which you pressed the initial SPACE with 1-4, and
there will be no cursor, so you know your changes have taken affect; also
your Notes field will now appear, and you can access the text you've entered
by pressing ENTER. I hope this helps you.
Maria

>No, Ann, it's actually SPACE with the mirror image of Q: the er sign, dots

auto-advance
