Hi. The only file I would leave open would be a temp note file. Too bad we can't have some keysequence that would quickly get us into a blank file so we could write down messages. If we could specify what that file would be called, it would be an easy thing to exit properly. Although that quite key on the bottom row right of the space bar would be a dangerous key to use for a quick opening of a file, Perhaps function and that key could open the word processor and place you into a file called temp or something.

You will only lose them if they were not saved; by closing the document,
using space with E (dots 1-5) you are saving the document; I recall you
asking if the braillenote were closed with the document open......
closing with the document open, leaves it vulnerable to loss as it was
not saved with space E (dots 1-5) or closing keyword with the proper
command (the dots 1, 2, 3 4, 5, 6, with space closes keyword and places
the bn at the main menu, safe to turn off with documents saved.

Hi. Would you lose the document even if it was on the flash disk?
I thought you didn't lose files if the battery went flat if they were on

the flash disk?
