I posted this message yesterday but never saw it come through, so will try again. I just started using Keymail with my BN BT running 5.0. It works pretty slick. However, I do have two questions.
1. Although my preferred reading grade is set to Grade 2, many e-mails, (not all) and all Web pages, appear in computer Braille. Is there a place to change this? 2. Sometimes I am notified that I have, say, 67 new e-mails on the server; when they are all received, then the prompt says "54 new e-mail." What happened to the other 13? Is there a setting that deletes duplicate messages, and these 13 are duplicates? Thannks for all help.
